Preparing God’s People for life and ministry
My aim is to equip current leaders and to develop future leaders.
The Lord wants my energy and life to be poured out on his people. How?
- Bosko – Means to feed, nourish, or provide food for the sheep.This speaks of the Ministry of preaching, teaching, training and equipping.
(Ephesians 4:11-12; Jeremiah 3:15; Jeremiah 23:4) - Poimaino – Means to act as a SHEPHERD, to tend the sheep, to watch over and care for the sheep. This speaks of the caring ministry, of counseling, relation, visiting, loving and caring. (Acts 20:28; 1 Peter 5:2)
Vision
My VISION is to produce an adult church so that I can move from hands on Shepherding, to Managerial Shepherding / from Local church to Global church.
Goal
My GOAL is to see leaders develop so the ministry God has given the church will expand. To see the church grow and to see multiplication on all Leadership levels. To be able to plant churches and add more Ministries. To lay a solid foundation for the church based on the principles of God’s word in areas such as authority, holiness, the Holy Spirit, commitment and serving the presence of God and unity of the Leadership.
